Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.

The return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Please return the goods to:

Damaged or faulty goods

In the case of damaged or faulty goods, we will, of course, cover the return shipping costs. In this case, please contact us first by email at support@fleuri-atelier.de with a photo of the damaged goods. Together, we will find a quick and easy solution for you.
