Shipping Costs

Germany: €5.90

Austria: €8.00

Switzerland: €21.00*

*Orders to Switzerland are charged without German VAT.

**EU Countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Processing & Shipping

Since each item is individually produced for you, your order is crafted and packaged with care. Processing time is 2–4 business days. Afterwards, we hand over the package to DHL.

Estimated delivery times (from handover to DHL):

  • within Germany: approx. 2-3 business days
  • within Europe: approx. 10–14 business days
  • worldwide: approx. 14–18 business days

Please note: These figures refer only to the pure shipping duration by DHL. The processing time for your order is not included. Delivery times may be extended due to customs clearance, holidays, or unusual weather conditions.

Undelivered Shipments & Returns – Germany & EU

If a delivery cannot be made for reasons attributable to the buyer (e.g., incorrect delivery address, refusal of acceptance, uncollected shipment at the parcel shop) and the goods are returned to us, the following applies:

  • The buyer bears the original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and any third-party fees incurred (e.g., DHL).
  • Upon request, we can resend the goods. This requires prior payment of the additional shipping costs, return shipping costs, and all incurred third-party fees. Reshipment will occur immediately after receipt of payment.
  • If payment is not made within 7 business days of our email notification, we reserve the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement in accordance with § 323 BGB.
  • In this case, a refund of the purchase price will only be made after deducting the incurred costs and exclusively after receipt of the undamaged goods.

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and that you can receive or collect the shipment in good time to avoid additional costs.

Shipping to Non-EU Countries

Orders to countries outside the European Union are charged without German VAT.

Please note: Additional customs duties, taxes, or charges may be levied by the customs authorities of the destination country. These costs are to be borne by the recipient and are not included in the shipping costs. We recommend that you inquire about possible fees with your local customs office before placing an order.

Undelivered Shipments & Returns – Non-EU Countries

  • Upon request, we can resend the goods. This requires prior payment of the additional shipping costs, return shipping costs, third-party fees, and all customs or import costs incurred during the return process. Reshipment will occur immediately after receipt of payment.
  • If payment is not made within 7 business days of our email notification, we reserve the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement in accordance with § 323 BGB.
  • In this case, a refund of the purchase price will only be made after deducting the incurred costs and exclusively after receipt of the undamaged goods.
